Responsibilities:

• Participate in the budgeting process, including accrual and cash budgeting;

• Prepare, adjust, and monitor budget execution;

• Control administrative expenses and perform plan-vs-actual analysis, providing clear commentary and actionable recommendations;

• Independently manage the full reporting closing cycle for the administrative function;

• Advise administrative teams on finance-related matters;

• Participate in the contract approval process from the Finance perspective;

• Monitor expense accounting and review and approve payment requests;

• Analyze financial and management accounting data and provide insights to support business decisions;

• Monitor costs, budget execution, and overall financial performance;

• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and prepare analytical reports;

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data and reporting;

• Work closely with administrative and business teams to resolve financial and budget-related questions.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;

• 2+ years of experience in Finance, Financial Analysis, FP&A, or a similar role;

• Experience in Gaming / Betting / iGaming is a plus;

• Strong knowledge of management accounting, budgeting, and cost control;

• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills;

• Familiarity with 1C and Asana;

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of financial data;

• Experience with budget planning, variance analysis, and financial reporting;

• High attention to detail and strong ownership of results;

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-growing environment;

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;

• Ukrainian — fluent;

• English — Intermediate+.
