Responsibilities

• Prepare and assign design briefs to in-house designers and external creative teams using existing templates.

• Monitor deadlines and track the progress of creative tasks.

• Conduct initial quality control of finished creatives: check technical specifications, dimensions, languages, and grammatical accuracy.

• Track and maintain records of tasks assigned to external vendors.

• Collect source files and clarify requirements for creating creative variations.

• Organize completed creatives in the database and maintain consistent file naming and structure.

• Upload ready promotional packs to the shared repository and hand over assets to media buyers.

• Monitor the launch status of prepared promotional materials on a weekly basis.

• Ensure all creative materials are properly prepared, documented, and available for further use.

Requirements

• Experience working with Asana and Google Sheets.

• Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini to optimize daily workflows and increase efficiency.

• Basic working knowledge of Figma and FigJam for reviewing creatives, adjusting formats, and creating simple presentations.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with creative materials.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and external vendors simultaneously.

• Basic understanding of digital creative production workflows.

• Ability to work independently and follow established processes and templates.
