  We are looking for an experienced Senior Treasurer to join our global Finance Department. In this role, you will own international banking relationships, lead end-to-end payment operations, and ensure 100% financial accuracy across multiple jurisdictions in the High-Risk sector.
  
  In this role, you will:
  

• 1C Accounting & Reconciliation: Oversee daily accounting records in 1C and conduct regular reconciliations between actual bank account balances and system data to maintain 100% accuracy.

• Payroll Execution: Take full ownership of salary payout operations, ensuring strict compliance with timelines and schedules.

• Operational Control & Reporting: Maintain real-time tracking of payment flows and run a fast-response system for manager inquiries.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Corporate Finance and Compliance teams to align payment flows with regulatory and internal standards.

• System Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks, automate routine tasks, and write technical specifications/BRDs for 1C improvements.
  
  
  Skills you’ll need to bring:
  

• Industry Experience: 2–3+ years in a Treasury or Senior Banking role within High-Risk sectors (iGaming, Gambling, Betting, or Crypto).

• International Banking Expertise: Deep understanding of cross-border financial flows, international payment systems, and foreign bank operations across various jurisdictions.

• 1C Proficiency: Solid grasp of transaction logic and architecture within 1C.

• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing a team, delegating tasks, and controlling operational processes.

• Mindset: Highly structured, analytical approach with a passion for process automation and the ability to make fast decisions under pressure.

Nice to have:

Hands-on experience writing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and technical specifications for 1C system enhancements.
