In this role, you will:

• Conduct pre- and post security interviews with employees and contractors;

• Lead the full security check process, from planning to execution;

• Validate and cross-reference OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) findings;

• Collaborate with internal teams to assess potential risks and escalate when needed;

• Maintain ethical, respectful, and professional communication—this is not a law enforcement or aggressive interrogation role;

• Сommit internal investigations, identify internal risks and performing tests for unusual events, testing suppliers and partners to prevent risks.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Proven experience in corporate security, internal investigations, or structured interviews/due diligence;

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

• Ability to assess behavioral cues and inconsistencies in a non-confrontational setting;

• Familiarity with polygraph procedures is a plus.

Nice to have:

• Background in security consulting, HR investigations, or compliance audits;

• Experience working in fast-paced tech or international environments.

• Be based in or willing to relocate to Cyprus.
