In this role, you will:

• Daily monitoring of compliance with physical security regulations;

• Promptly responding to and resolving physical security issues;

• Monitoring video surveillance cameras;

• Ensuring uninterrupted functioning of the video surveillance system;

• Controlling entry/exit of employees outside working hours;

• Identifying and checking suspicious individuals, actions, and violations within the office;

• Monitoring and controlling office inventory;

• Regularly informing the Head of Security about incidents and actions taken;

• Maintaining logs of visitors, couriers, employees, and other individuals entering the office;

• Issuing access cards to employees, activating them in the access control system (ACS), and maintaining accurate records (including photos);

• Managing temporary access for guests and business visitors.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar security role;

• Valid security license (mandatory);

• Good level of English (written and spoken);

• Strong attention to detail and responsibility;

• Ability to react quickly and effectively in emergency situations;

• Basic computer skills (experience with access control systems and surveillance systems is a plus).
