We are looking for a detail-oriented and systematic Crypto Treasurer to take full ownership of the operational tracking, controlling, and execution of all cryptocurrency transactions across our company.



In this role, you will:

• Crypto Processing & Transactions: Monitoring, executing, and ensuring the accurate processing of incoming and outgoing cryptocurrency payments across various blockchain networks.

• Liquidity Management: Monitoring balances on corporate wallets and exchanges, executing conversions, and distributing funds to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations.

• Reconciliation & Reporting: Regularly reconciling crypto balances with internal accounting systems (including 1C) to ensure 100% data accuracy.

• Risk Control & AML: Monitoring transactions for potential risks, verifying wallet addresses using AML tools, and preventing fraudulent activities.
  
  
  Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Work Experience: 1–2+ years of experience in crypto operations, crypto processing, or fintech departments within the Gambling, Betting, Crypto, or High-Risk sectors.

• Blockchain Literacy: A deep understanding of transaction logic, network fees, and hands-on experience working with cold/hot wallets and major exchanges.

• 1C & Accounting Logic: A solid grasp of transaction recording logic and data reconciliation (experience with the 1C system architecture is a big plus).

• Risk & AML: Experience with AML screening tools and transaction risk evaluation.

• Mindset & Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, an analytical approach, and a passion for accuracy, numbers, and process optimization. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick, sound decisions in non-standard situations.
