In this role, you will:

• Daily monitoring of compliance with physical security regulations;

• Promptly responding to and resolving physical security issues;

• Monitor of video surveillance cameras;

• Ensure uninterrupted functioning of the video surveillance system;

• Control of entry/exit of employees after working hours;

• Check suspicious people, actions, violations of regulations in the office and control of office inventory;

• Regularly informing the head of the security service about the facts of violations and measures to be taken;

• Keep records of visitors, couriers, employees and other people that come to the office;

• Issue an access card for the employees, activate it in the business center's ACS, enter the employee's data and photo into the ACS database;

• Registration and issue of temporary access of guests and business travelers;

• Ensure continuous security coverage by working in rotating shifts, including both day and night schedules, to maintain 24/7 vigilance and prompt response to any security concerns.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar security role;

• Valid security license (mandatory);

• Good level of English (written and spoken);

• Strong attention to detail and responsibility;

• Ability to react quickly and effectively in emergency situations;

• Basic computer skills (experience with access control systems and surveillance systems is a plus).
