We are growing our VIP team and looking for a VIP Account Manager who will build long-term relationships with VIP and pre-VIP players: from day-to-day communication to personalized activation plans for each client.

Work format:

• Fully remote, full-time

• Schedule options (UTC+2): 5/2 (start between 10:00 and 12:00, finish between 19:00 and 21:00) or 2/2 (10:00-22:00)

What you will do:

• Communicate with VIP clients across messengers, live chats, email, and phone calls

• Analyze client accounts and create an individual activation plan for each client

• Monitor client activity daily and work on reactivation

• Handle significant wins and losses of VIP and pre-VIP clients

• Work on growing deposits, turnover, and average check across your portfolio

• Resolve issues with failed deposits and withdrawals

• Analyze client complaints and suggestions, and look for ways to improve customer experience

• Work with analytics on your portfolio, track team and individual performance

• Collaborate closely with the team: escalate product issues via tickets and follow up on their progress

What we expect:

• Languages: one of the following combinations — Russian + English or Russian + Korean; both languages at a fluent level, with confident communication both verbally and in writing

• Hands-on iGaming experience in retention, reactivation, or VIP account management

• Experience managing VIP players: you know how to proactively drive your portfolio's activity, not just process incoming requests

• Understanding of product metrics and confidence working with analytics

• Strong problem-solving skills: conflicts, significant losses, demanding clients

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Confident work with CRM and internal tools

• Typing speed of 200+ characters per minute, comfortable handling 5-10 chats simultaneously
