In this role you will:

• Manage daily treasury operations across crypto payment infrastructure.

• Monitor and maintain liquidity balances across crypto wallets, exchanges, PSPs, and payment channels.

• Process and oversee high-volume crypto and fiat transactions.

• Reconcile transactions across multiple systems, wallets, exchanges, and payment providers.

• Monitor payment flows and investigate discrepancies, failed transactions, and operational issues.

• Support optimization of treasury processes, payment routing, and fund allocation.

• Work closely with Finance, Payments, Risk, and Product teams to ensure smooth operational processes.

• Maintain accurate treasury records, reporting, and transaction documentation.

• Coordinate transfers between wallets, exchanges, and payment providers while ensuring security best practices.
  
  Skills you’ll need to bring:
  

• 2+ years (Treasurer) / 4+ years (Senior) experience in treasury, payments, fintech, crypto, or iGaming.

• Hands-on experience with: crypto wallets and/or exchanges payment systems (PSPs, e-wallets).

• Strong understanding of: payment flows and reconciliation multi-currency environments.

• Experience working with high-volume transactions English (required) and Russian/Ukrainian (required).

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
