About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to take ownership of the acquisition funnel and the monetization of incoming traffic. Your primary responsibility will be working at the intersection of product and marketing to ensure a seamless user experience and maximize the conversion of traffic into actual revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Funnel Management: Optimize the user journey for incoming traffic from Marketing and SEO channels at all stages (with a strong focus on visit-to-registration and registration-to-deposit conversions).
Traffic & Attribution: Deep dive into tracking, attribution, and reattribution systems. Align product decisions with the specific characteristics and user expectations of each traffic source.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely and regularly with the Marketing and SEO teams to ensure the effective monetization of acquired traffic.
UX/UI Improvement: Balance the interface by creating a transparent and clear user journey without overloading it with unnecessary elements, keeping player psychology in mind.
A/B Testing & Product Development: Systematically generate hypotheses, design, launch, and analyze A/B tests. Develop and implement new product features based on data-driven insights.
Analytics: Continuously monitor key product metrics, manage analytics, and make decisions based exclusively on a data-driven approach.
Third-party Integrations: Evaluate and integrate external product modules to add value and enhance the overall user experience.
Skills you’ll need to bring:
Marketing Background (Must Have): Solid understanding of digital marketing mechanics, attribution principles, and how different traffic acquisition channels (SEO, Paid, etc.) work.
Product Mindset: Ability to balance business metrics with user needs.
Acquisition Funnel Expertise: Deep understanding of funnel architecture and the user journey from the first click to the target action.
Analytics & Tracking: Confident practical experience with product analytics tools and tracking systems.
Growth Approach: Experience in generating hypotheses, conducting A/B tests, and implementing features based on data.
UX/UI: Knowledge of key UX patterns for increasing conversion rates and experience in designing User Flows.
