In this role you will:

• Lead the global Digital and Growth strategy for Crypto Sportsbook and Casino.

• Manage the full digital ecosystem: acquisition, funnels, conversion and retention.

• Oversee all digital acquisition channels (affiliates, paid media, SEO, communities, etc) with clearly defined KPIs.

• Own VIP acquisition through digital channels, private networks and partnerships.

• Develop and scale non-traditional channels such as Telegram and Discord communities, closed influencer networks, crypto opinion leaders and premium sports/crypto media.

• Monitor traffic quality and unit economics (ROI, LTV, CPA) and make scaling and optimization decisions.

• Work with Product and CRM teams to improve funnels, conversion and overall user journey.

• Partner with Design and Brand teams to develop high-converting funnels, landing pages and creatives aligned with brand positioning.
