In this role, you will:

We’re hiring a C-level leader to own the entire player function across our B2C business — casino, sportsbook, live, and esports — at the scale of a top-tier global iGaming brand. 15+ markets, millions of players, full P&L accountability.

What You Will Do:

  • Own the player P&L: NGR, retention, LTV, reactivation, bonus efficiency

  • Define and execute the company-wide player strategy across all verticals

  • Build and scale a distributed player org: CRM, VIP, Retention, Loyalty, Player Support

  • Drive CRM at scale with AI-led personalization and multi-channel orchestration

  • Own the global VIP and loyalty programmes

  • Shape a crypto-native player experience: instant withdrawals, multi-chain, on-chain rewards

Skills you’ll need to bring:

  • iGaming Experience: 3+ years in senior product leadership roles (CPO, VP of Product, Head of Product) with a mandatory and deep focus on sportsbook AND casino economics.

  • Experience at a top-tier B2C operator (Bet365, Stake, 1xBet, Flutter, Entain, DraftKings, Betsson, or comparable)

  • Proven NGR / LTV / retention impact at scale

  • Crypto/Web3 Knowledge: Practical experience with crypto products or a deep understanding of crypto-audience behavior patterns.

  • Leadership Skills: Experience in building and leading strong product teams, with the ability to establish transparent delivery processes.

  • Language: Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher for fluent communication with stakeholders and an international team.
