About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Compensation & Benefits Manager to take ownership of our total rewards and personnel budgeting processes. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between HR and Finance, ensuring our compensation structures are competitive, fair, and strictly aligned with our financial goals. If you excel at financial modeling, Mercer grading, and building scalable C&B processes from scratch, this is the role for you.
In this role, you will:
Budget Management: End-to-end planning, forecasting, and strict control of all people-related expenses (payroll, bonuses, benefits).
Analytics & Modeling: Budget-vs-actual variance analysis, complex scenario modeling, and validation of costs during organizational changes.
Grading & Market Pricing: Maintain and calibrate grading structures using the Mercer methodology, and conduct market salary analysis.
Salary Reviews & Bonuses: Lead salary review cycles and design/calculate Short-Term Incentive (STI) schemes in strict alignment with financial frameworks.
Benefits Administration: Manage and optimize the corporate benefits package (medical insurance, benefit cafeterias, wellbeing programs).
Optimization & Partnering: Improve C&B tools/reporting and build financial business cases for workforce planning and new HR initiatives.
Skills you’ll need to bring:
Experience: Proven track record in Compensation & Benefits, HR Controlling, or Personnel Budgeting.
Methodology: Strong, hands-on expertise in Mercer grading and job evaluation.
Financial Acumen: Advanced financial modeling skills with the ability to build complex budget scenarios, forecast costs, and perform deep variance analysis.
C&B Design: Practical experience designing and implementing STI (bonus) schemes, salary review cycles, and benefits packages.
Analytical Mindset: High attention to detail with a commitment to guaranteeing the accuracy and integrity of all data used for financial forecasting and HR analytics.
Collaboration: Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively partner with Finance, HR, and C-level executives.
