In this role you will:

• Procurement of licenses and equipment for the company.

• Collaboration with vendors and distributors.

• Communication with internal departments to identify procurement needs.

• Research suppliers of goods and services.

• Evaluate and negotiate vendor contracts.

• Track inventory levels and submit purchase orders as needed.

• Recommend new products, services, or materials in line with industry trends.

• Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Manage procurement documentation and reporting.

• Monitor contract performance and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Procurement & sourcing processes.

• Vendor management and supplier evaluation.

• Contract negotiation and management.

• Inventory management and demand planning.

• Market research and cost analysis.

• Purchase order management.

• Knowledge of procurement tools / ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, 1C).

• Financial literacy (budgeting, cost control).

• Documentation and reporting skills.
