Payment Product Manager

In this role, you will:

  • Own and develop the payments product roadmap across all platforms Integrate new PSPs (Payment Service Providers) and local payment methods.

  • Monitor payment performance and optimize conversion and approval rates.

  • Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Fraud teams to ensure secure transactions.

  • Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve payment flows.

  • Manage relationships with payment partners and vendors.

  • Work closely with Tech, BI, and Operations teams to deliver new features.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in different markets.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

  • Payment systems and PSP integrations (e.g., cards, e-wallets, APMs, crypto).

  • Payment flow optimization (deposit & withdrawal funnels).

  • Understanding of payment processing lifecycle (authorization, capture, settlement, refunds).

  • Experience with high-risk payment environments (gambling, betting, iGaming).

  • Knowledge of fraud prevention tools and risk scoring models.

  • Familiarity with KYC / AML requirements.

  • Data analysis (SQL, Excel, BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker) A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.

  • English - B2+/C1.
