In this role, you will:

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Daily vacuuming of meeting rooms and offices, dusting surfaces/plants, and cleaning windows/cupboards;

• Kitchen & Pantry: Prepare fresh fruits/vegetables daily, refill snacks, and manage refrigerator cleaning (including weekly expiration checks);

• Restock & Supply: Monitor and refill all dispensers (soap, paper) and ensure water stations are always stocked;

• Hourly Checks: Conduct hourly inspections of restrooms and meeting booths to ensure they remain tidy and functional;

• Guest Support: Act as a backup Office Coordinator by welcoming guests and offering refreshments.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Experience: Previous experience in office cleaning, hospitality, or a similar service role is preferred;

• Attention to Detail: A high standard of cleanliness and the ability to follow a specific cleaning schedule (daily, weekly, and bi-weekly tasks);

• Hospitality Mindset: A friendly and professional demeanor when welcoming guests or assisting the Office Manager;

• Basic Communication: Ability to communicate effectively in English.
