In this role, you will:

• Drive IT budgeting, forecasting, and cost management. You will collect data to prepare basic budgets and track costs to ensure we stay on target;

• Handle the end-to-end processing of orders for software licenses, SSL certificates, IT services, and hardware;

• Manage the search, registration, and timely renewal of company domains, acting as the primary point of contact for registrars;

• Create and maintain meticulous records of all purchased items, ensuring our inventory and subscription lists are always up to date;

• Partner with Finance, Business, and IT teams to align on financial planning and operational needs;

• Act as the liaison with service providers to ensure quality service and resolve billing or delivery issues;

• Process financial and procurement entries within 1C and handle ad-hoc project tasks as the business evolves.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• You should be a "power user" comfortable with pivot tables, complex formulas, and advanced data filtering to manage large financial datasets;

• Proven experience navigating domain registrars, including the intricacies of search, registration, and renewal cycles;

• Experience in data collection for financial planning, basic budget preparation, and active cost tracking;

• Familiarity with IT terminology (certificates, SaaS licenses, hardware specs) to ensure procurement accuracy.
