In this role, you will:

• Plan and control marketing budgets; track key performance metrics for traffic acquisition, optimize active campaign traffic flows, and scale profitable spend.

• Organize the collection and monitoring of market insights and trends through the affiliate marketing team, and deliver them to the product team.

• Coordinate with the product team on promotional materials, bonuses, and promo codes to ensure affiliate needs are covered.

• Analyze traffic conversion issues with the product team and systematize traffic sources to improve performance.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Strong analytical skills in traffic performance metrics (ATPU, ARPU, LTV etc).

• Budget planning and financial modeling for traffic acquisition and campaign scaling.

• Deep understanding of affiliate traffic acquisition, including specifics of different traffic sources and experience with various affiliate payment models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).

• Data analysis and reporting using marketing analytics tools and BI systems.
