Essential professional experience:

• Proven experience in security, building supervision, or facility management (preferred);

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail;

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively in emergencies;

• Basic computer literacy (use of laptop-based access systems and reporting tools);

• Knowledge of safety, fire, and emergency procedures is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities Access & Visitors:

• Control all entry/exit points; verify visitor and delivery identity (visual confirmation required) and manage the reception process;

• Parking & Traffic: Operate garage systems, verify vehicle registration, and actively manage parking logistics to ensure emergency and service vehicle access;

• Patrols & Handoff: Conduct regular ground floor and perimeter patrols, ensure the entire building is securely locked by 23:00, and execute the mandatory Handoff protocol (HOTO);

• Emergency & Reporting: Act as the first responder during all emergencies (fire panel operation, evacuation management);

• Maintain continuous communication with all internal security teams and immediately report/log every incident.
