About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Total Rewards Lead to manage and continuously develop our company’s comprehensive rewards framework. In this role, you will design competitive compensation strategies while directly leading a multidisciplinary team that covers C&B, HR Administration, HR Finance, and HR Budgeting. If you excel at financial modeling, team management, and building scalable HR processes, we want you on our team.
In this role, you will:
Team Leadership & Framework Development
Total Rewards Strategy: Lead and evolve the company’s Total Rewards framework to attract and retain top talent.
Team Management: Direct the Total Rewards unit (C&B, HR Admin, HR Finance, Budgeting), covering task prioritization, performance, and team development.
Process Building: Standardize and scale C&B policies and administrative workflows.
Compensation & Grading
Job Architecture: Maintain the company-wide grading structure and conduct regular job evaluations.
Analytics & Reviews: Drive annual salary review cycles and continuous market analysis.
Bonus Programs: Design, model, and administer STI/LTI incentive programs and payout calculations.
Benefits & Wellbeing
Benefits Administration: Oversee and innovate corporate benefits (medical insurance, wellbeing programs, and employee perks).
HR Budgeting & Finance Operations
Budget Ownership: Lead HR budgeting, accurate forecasting, and strict cost control.
HR Finance: Manage daily HR Finance operations to ensure alignment with corporate financial frameworks.
Skills you’ll need to bring:
Experience: Proven track record as a Total Rewards Lead, C&B Manager, or Senior C&B Specialist with direct people management experience.
Leadership Skills: Experience leading cross-functional HR units (C&B, HR Admin, HR Finance) with a focus on task prioritization and team development.
C&B Expertise: Deep knowledge of grading methodologies, market pricing, and the practical design of STI/LTI bonus schemes.
Financial Acumen: Strong background in HR budgeting, financial modeling, and overseeing HR finance operations.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex domain analytics and market data into actionable Total Rewards strategies.
