People Partner
We are looking for a proactive and experienced People Partner to join our team. In this role, you will act as a strategic link between the business and our employees, ensuring that our people strategies align with our overall goals while fostering a high-performance culture.
Job Description
Implement and support the full employee lifecycle - from hiring and onboarding to development, engagement, and offboarding.
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for both employees and management within these departments, providing expert guidance and support on HR-related matters.
Implement HR strategies specifically tailored to the needs of assigned departments, aligning them with the company’s overall objectives.
Conduct performance management processes and drive employee development initiatives, ensuring they meet the specific needs of each department.
Partner with managers to support team effectiveness, leadership development, and people-related decision making.
Facilitate positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a healthy and supportive work environment.
Lead initiatives that improve employee engagement, motivation, and satisfaction across the assigned teams.
Contribute to strengthening the company’s HR and employer brand by promoting a positive employee experience and supporting people-focused initiatives across the business.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in roles such as HR Business Partner, People Partner, or HR Generalist, preferably within a rapidly scaling or evolving organization.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels;
A solid understanding of core HR processes, including new hire onboarding, managing the full employee journey, performance review processes, employee engagement initiatives, and HR metrics or reporting.
Experience in advising senior leadership and aligning HR initiatives with business strategy
Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership;
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment typical in the gaming industry;
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive HR decisions and measure impact;
English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate level or above.
