In this role, you will:

• Administer base pay, bonus schemes, and short-term incentive programs.

• Prepare and validate compensation-related payments (bonuses, overtime, relocation, etc.).

• Support job grading and maintain a competitive salary structure.

• Contribute to the Annual Salary Review and compensation budgeting.

• Conduct salary benchmarking and participate in market surveys (WTW, Mercer).

• Administer multi-country benefits programs and manage external vendors Analyze C&B costs, utilization, and effectiveness to drive improvements.

• Prepare HR & Finance analytics, reports, and dashboards Ensure data accuracy in HRIS (HiBob).

• Contribute to Total Rewards projects and implementation of new compensation frameworks.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Experience with Mercer grading and job evaluation.

• Strong background in compensation design (salary reviews, market benchmarking, policies).

• Hands-on experience with STI (bonus schemes, modeling, payouts).

• Compensation analytics and workforce budgeting experience.

• Benefits management experience (medical insurance, cafeteria, wellbeing).

• Experience building and standardizing C&B processes.
