In this role, you will:

• Work with influencers and streamers. Search for, select, and attract influencers/streamers on social media platforms (Twitch, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, etc.).

• Conduct negotiations and agree on collaboration terms, managing advertising integrations and campaigns.

• Build long-term partnerships, monitor KPI performance, and analyze placement effectiveness.

• Work with AI influencers; experience with AI influencers (virtual characters) in iGaming/betting will be a plus.

• Launch performance campaigns through AI influencers.

• Test and optimize funnels. Develop and scale strategies for working with AI influencers. Analyze effectiveness and scale working hypotheses.

• Basic understanding of the processes for creating AI avatars/influencers and AI content generation tools.

• Analytics and optimization, including analyzing campaign performance (ROI, CPA, FTD, ATPU, LTV) and optimizing advertising strategies.

• Scale successful cases, prepare reports and analytics.

• Project management, coordinating work with contractors, local teams, and agencies.

• Plan advertising campaigns.

• Control the influencer marketing budget and manage multiple brands and geographies.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• 2–3+ years of experience in influencer marketing.

• Experience in gambling / betting / iGaming (mandatory).

• Experience working with Fix / Hybrid / CPA / performance models.

• Proven experience launching influencer advertising campaigns.

• Understanding of performance marketing metrics.

• Strong negotiation and sales skills.

• Experience working with traffic analytics.

• Ability to scale advertising campaigns.

• Understanding of social media trends across different GEOs.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI-generated content.

• Experience creating or managing AI influencers.

• Experience working in international markets.
