We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Solutions Engineer who can transform business challenges into scalable, high-impact machine learning solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between advanced AI capabilities and real business needs, delivering models and systems that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and smarter decision-making across the organization.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the AI/ML strategy and execution across the organization;

• Develop, implement, and monitor machine learning models for business-critical use cases, including:
  ○ Predicting traffic cohort ROI
  ○ Early identification of VIP players
  ○ Early black traffic detection;

• Identify opportunities for cost optimization in current processes using AI;

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to translate business needs into AI solutions

• Build and manage a high-performing AI/ML team;

• Build strong relationships with C-suite and Board stakeholders, ensuring business alignment and executive sponsorship.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Strong expertise in AI/ML strategy development and execution;

• Previous experience in iGaming domain;

• Deep understanding of machine learning techniques (supervised/unsupervised learning, predictive modeling, classification, anomaly detection);

• Proven experience building and deploying models for ROI prediction, VIP identification, fraud detection, LTV/churn modeling, or similar high-impact use cases;

• Ability to connect ML outputs with revenue growth, cost optimization, and risk management;

• Experience identifying automation and AI-driven optimization opportunities across processes;

• Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with C-level and Board-level executives;

• Cross-functional collaboration skills (Product, Marketing, Data, Engineering);

• Data-driven decision-making mindset with a focus on measurable impact.
