In this role, you will:

• Identify, shape, and validate new marketing funnels, approaches, and traffic sources that have not been previously utilized by the company.

• Execute the full cycle of MVP testing, from the initial idea to the first measurable results.

• Analyze test results deeply, document key insights, and derive actionable conclusions.

• Hand over successful cases to performance teams for further scaling.

• Work in close cooperation with performance and marketing teams to align strategies.

• Independently prioritize ideas, deciding which hypotheses to test and which to discard.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• 3+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing.

• Proven experience working with various traffic sources, including but not limited to Facebook (FB), Google PPC, SEO, ASO, and In-app.

• Strong hypothesis-driven and analytical thinking.

• Experience in launching tests, experiments, and MVPs.

• Deep understanding of funnels, efficiency metrics, and traffic economics.

• A doer rather than a pure strategist—someone ready to execute tasks independently.

• Ability to identify success cases and prepare them for seamless scaling.

• High level of autonomy, proactivity, and a strong sense of responsibility for the final result.
