Key Responsibilities

HR Budgeting:

• Participate in the HR budgeting process end-to-end across 10+ projects;

• Maintain and improve a large ecosystem of interconnected budget templates (~90 files);

• Own technical & business logic of the process;

• Develop and maintain scripts for data preparation and consolidation;

• Perform HR cost analysis and benchmarking.

BI & Dashboards (Power BI):

• Build, maintain, and continuously improve new and existing Power BI dashboards;

• Integrate data from multiple sources (AWS, Intercom, HR systems, etc.);

• Set up and optimize data flows;

• Ensure correct data mapping and automated updates;

• Troubleshoot issues.

Deliver clear, insightful visualizations covering:

• business efficiency per employee;

• support performance;

• budget efficiency;

• cross-project comparisons.

Data Analytics & Reporting

Leverage advanced analytics to track changes in:

• costs;

• staffing levels;

• HR metrics;

• survey results.

Generate insightful reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making within HR and across the business.

Process Improvement & Automation:

• Identify and implement automation opportunities within HR analytics and budgeting;

• Improve efficiency and accuracy of processes.

HR Data Management:

• Maintain data integrity and accuracy across HR systems;

• Ensure consistent and high-quality HR data.

Strategic Insights & Stakeholder Support:

• Act as a consultative partner to HR and other stakeholders;

• Translate business needs into actionable analytical projects.

Collaboration & Engagement:

• Serve as a key analytical resource within the HR team;

• Partner with People Operations and internal stakeholders;

• Drive strategic HR analytics initiatives and ensure execution aligned with business goals.

Skills and Experience Needed

• Minimum of 3 years in data analytics;

• A strong focus on HR, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, process optimization;

• Experience in iGaming is highly preferred.

HRIS & Analytical Tools:

• Proficiency in HRIS tools;

• Advanced data analysis techniques;

• Familiarity with data science or statistical analysis tools.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced Google Sheets (Apps Script is highly preferred);

• Power BI skills for comprehensive data visualization and reporting;

• SQL;

• Python (preferred).

Problem-Solving Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;

• Keen eye for interpreting complex data.

ETL & Automation

• Strong ETL mindset.

Experience designing and maintaining automated multi-step ETL pipelines, including:

• batching;

• error handling;

• API integrations;

• cross-file orchestration (Google Sheets + Apps Script).

Database & Data Modeling:

• Experience designing logical database schemas;

• Transforming business requirements into scalable data models.
