In this role, you will:

• Developing promotional creatives (banners, landings, social media, product ads).

• Visual analysis and ideation to continuously improve design standards.

• Collaborating in creative sessions, including brainstorming and team challenges.

• Driving visual impact to boost brand recognition and user engagement.

• Managing deadlines in a dynamic environment while maintaining high-quality output.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in iGaming / gambling / betting / entertainment industries

• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma

• Proven experience in creating: Marketing banners (web / mobile), Promo pages and landing pages, UI graphics: icons, interface elements, pop-ups

• Visuals for email campaigns, social media, push notifications

• Solid understanding of gaming aesthetics, UX specifics, and slot-style graphics

• Experience working with AI-based tools for visual content generation, enhancement, or editing (e.g. Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Firefly, etc.)

• Soft Skills:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent team collaboration and ability to give and receive feedback

• Basic understanding of business goals in design (conversion, engagement, retention)

• Nice to have:

• Experience working with or integrating 3D elements into marketing materials

• Portfolio: A portfolio link is required, showcasing projects in iGaming or related industries

• We will evaluate: style, technical quality, logic behind design decisions, and ability to work with game aesthetics
