Our global-scale operations are based on strong internal expertise, analytics, and data research. We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor email infrastructure, including domain and IP reputation, deliverability, and compliance with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC standards.

• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues impacting campaign performance, such as spam filtering, blacklisting, and delivery errors.

• Manage and integrate Email, SMS, and WhatsApp providers, including dashboards, balances, limits, and account settings.

• Research, select, and onboard reliable SMS and WhatsApp providers to support external communication channels.

• Create and maintain short links used in messaging and email campaigns.

• Collaborate with the technical team to optimize key performance metrics such as Open Rate, Conversion Rate, deliverability, clicks, and conversions.

• Monitor and improve the performance of external communication channels, including Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and App Push.

• Develop and optimize email templates using HTML/CSS to ensure cross-client compatibility and higher engagement.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in Email Marketing, CRM, or Communications Management roles.

• Proven experience in setting up, warming up, and managing email sending infrastructure.

• Practical expertise in working with multiple communication channels, including Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.

• Prior experience in the gambling or betting industry is a strong advantage.

• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.

• Solid understanding of casino player behavior and user engagement patterns.
