In this role you will:
Drive the growth and performance of the assigned region or product, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new initiatives and product launches.
Own and improve regional or product-level KPIs such as revenue, conversion rates, engagement, and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, support, product development) to deliver effective solutions.
Plan and launch marketing campaigns tailored to the specifics of the region or target audience.
Collect and prioritize customer feedback to guide product development and roadmap planning.
Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior leadership.
Act as the key point of contact for regional operations, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
Maintain consistency in service delivery and ensure a high-quality customer experience across all regional / product touchpoints.
Skills you’ll need to bring:
Proven experience in leading and scaling a region, market, or product with full ownership of commercial and operational results.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, customer behavior, and competitive insights to drive growth decisions.
Hands-on experience in building and executing go-to-market strategies, including successful product or market launches.
Track record of owning and improving key business KPIs such as revenue, conversion, retention, and customer engagement.
Ability to work cross-functionally and align marketing, product, operations, and support teams around common regional goals.
Experience in planning, launching, and optimizing region-specific marketing campaigns tailored to local market needs.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including regular performance reporting and communication with senior leadership.
Focus on operational excellence and consistency, ensuring a high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints.
