We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Analyst who is passionate about working with numbers, building financial insights, and transforming raw data into actionable business intelligence.

The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Experience in the iGaming / Betting industry and strong skills in P&L reporting will be a significant advantage.

In this role, you will:

• Build and maintain P&L reports across company projects and business lines, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

• Verify financial data in cooperation with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

• Support budgeting processes and prepare explanations for deviations from planned metrics.

• Build financial models and forecast cash flow and revenue performance.

• Analyze cost efficiency and validate expense allocations across departments and products.

• Review and approve contracts from a financial standpoint.

• Consolidate, interpret, and present financial data for management reporting.

• Work with large datasets using Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools.

• Perform ad hoc financial and business analysis to support decision-making.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• 1+ year of experience in finance, FP&A, business analysis, or a similar role.

• Experience in iGaming, betting, or online entertainment is a strong plus.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau).

• Familiarity with financial and workflow systems such as 1C and Asana.

• Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and management accounting principles.

• Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

• Language skills: Ukrainian – fluent; English – Pre-Intermediate.
